I ordered the Victorian Romance because it was exactly what I wanted to send to my sister for her Birthday. When the arrangement was delivered this morning the photo my sister sent didn’t look anything like the picture of the Victorian Romance. Still my sister was thrilled. I reached out to the florist with my feedback on the disappointment of the change in the appearance of the selected arrangement. Agape responded immediately explaining their inability to get several of the components of my selected bouquet and offered to compensate me for my disappointment. The arrangement they sent was large and lovely and I did not want anything. It would have been nice to be told this in advance of the delivery but in the end, I totally got my $125 value. I still recommend them and will use them again.
