I was contacted by agape flowers before the delivery was made because I was told that you didn’t have the baby roses. I okayed a substitution and was told that I would be sent a picture before the delivery was made so I could approve it. I did not ever receive that picture so I’m not sure exactly what the item that was sent looks like. I was impressed that I was called and discussed my options instead of a substitution just being made. But I was disappointed that I did not ever see the finished product as I was told I would. Since it was an out of state gift, I likely will not get to see it. ---- Florist's Response: Ma’am I am so sorry I sent the picture but I’ll try and find the pic and send it to you now. I’m so sorry you didn’t get it. Next time you place order ask for Sharon I always make sure to get pictures sent. They may not go til end of day but I always send them.
